0. Operational docs upgrade DOMA\{Access DOMA} TWG posts (aka standing 
items)

1. We have a non-trivial number of open items to discuss. Might not 
cover all tomorrow.

 From yesterweek's GDB - https://indico.cern.ch/event/813744/ - I missed 
quite a few bits for reasons that I cannot remember - it would make 
sense to discuss at least briefly EOS, QoS, Authz, and the data 
challenge. If you attended and had any highlights to highlight, that 
might be useful for those who could not attend (but do attend tomorrow).

2.  DPM roadmap (which, I hope would be of interest also to non-DPM 
sites, as they might choose to migrate to DPM, or might be interested in 
DPM sites considering alternatives, specifically those, if any, 
considering becoming xroot cache only)
