Operational matters - Lancaster turning off SRM - Matt was going to do this, but discovered today that ATLAS jobs still sometimes use the SRM, also LSST transfers (remotely), and Steve Lloyd's tests. - LSST had promised that they didn't need SRM, so this is confusing. Matt is following up with them. Possibility that this is actually a DIRAC setting thing (although DIRAC should be set to prefer xrootd now for Lancs)? OR even an FTS setting thing? - Discussion about Steve Lloyd's tests - do we care if Lancs breaks in them from turning off SRM? - who looks at Steve's test page (Duncan does)? - who *manages* Steve's page now (given that he's retired)? [Resolved that we should look into finding / organising an inheritance of the tests by someone else prepared to take responsibility for care/feeding]. John Hill updated us on the XCache/ATLAS goings on. - ATLAS asked for Xrootd/xcache 4.10 updates, but this does not seem to be in any public non-testing repos (it's not in UMD or epel). - In any case, this is not urgent, as the "fix" seems to mostly be to resolve load issues reported at other sites not seen at Cam or Birm at present. - John will update us when he actually sees a 4.10 turn up anywhere.
