   Failure at Lancaster seems to be due to file being written with SRM writes and attempted
   read back with xroot before the file is ready?  ATLAS specific problem.  Raul had something
   not completely different.  Matt says xrdcp worked perfectly fine until about two weeks ago
   and nobody seems to know what changed...  Rucio AGIS settings very configurable <-> complicated.
   Needs 4.9 & config changes.

1. The general themes proposed for today's call is much like last weeks:
data lakes, Rucio, DOMA, etc. Updates, progress, next steps.

   General discussion - GridPP as a "data lake" - lake==grid, sort of; GridPP is a data lake
   by several of the (CERN) definitions; geographicality, latencisity, fundiosity, supportness.
   In contrast, something like a commercial data lake would be more specific including hadoopy
   analysis tools, but would also be more specific to the types of data it handles.

   Postponed - again...

3. There's a GridPP coming up.  Should we aim to find some hacking time?

   Probably not much appetite for attempting to find hacking time here; perhaps hepsysman would
   be the better opportunity.

questions for rucio ,1- roadmap for multiVO support,2 can rucio work with GLobuct connect endpoints or id dtaa tranfser only currenly supportedng FTS,2b plans for other storage mover mechanism , 3 support so that rucio admins could add a small vo easily
