1. EOS follow up - red alert cancelled; back to normal!

2. Documentation - more red key docs than green.  Grid Storage is not
doing too badly but we have two very red and one mostly red. (says I who
have only just updated mine...;-P)

The disadvantage of the keydoc approach is that we entirely forget about
the docs that are not ours, instead of cross-reviewing each other's docs
or contributing to other docs.
