Discussion of Bristol problem; deletion of files using Luke's certificate, but he does not have permissions since
he is not in CMS.  Is it meant to be like a root permission?  Sam clarified that there should be no such thing as
root and why were they using Luke's certificate anyway if they hadn't directly asked him to do this [instead of,
say, a robot certificate, like everyone else does.]

Spectre/Meltdown.
