   We currently believe only Brian is going, so he is hereby actioned to follow up on all the things we think are
   interesting, viz.,

   - if the technology watch has a storage/data element, include us (= GridPP) in.
   - all the data lakes stuff even if it be CERN's interpretation of data lakes and eosy
     (some is under "workload management" but still relevant)
   - everything in category "common data management"
   - if there's time/opportunity, talk 54 (Dask), workload management, talk 37 (data preservation), and Frameworks (in that order)

   We shall of course expect a full report ...

I'm looking into intergation of hadoop with lustre and slurm. it should be possable and would be and efficent use of resources but i still have lots of work to get it working in principle.
