0. Operational blog posts

Glasgow reported disk server RAID issues and issues with ATLAS
deletions (which they are looking into instead of attending this
meeting.)

No other operational issues reported. However, Brian reports two potential
issues, namely:

  - all production FTSes have been upgraded and will require an upgrade
    of GFAL clients to 3.14.  Error from older GFAL (3.12) unknown.

  - Non-LHC users relying on bulk bringOnline calls may find gfal-tools
    don't support it where the lcg-tools did.  Should be raised with
    GFAL developers (Brian)

1. Usual January Happy New Quarter stuff: did things go OK over the
break; reporting stuff; todos for the current quarter.  Did we finish
the whatsamatoken vs cookiebiscuit stuff in December?

No one seems to have written up the Macaroon vs SciToken?   Still needs
doing though.

2. Here's also your chance to show-and-tell your Christmas Break
Storage-And-Data-Management-Related Programming Project. Failing that,
you can tell us briefly about any other code you've written during the
break. Or other GridPP-related hobbies.

Jens had a CASTOR infromation provider project with a Thing provided by
Rob

3. Any other ends (loose): hepsysman, etc.

Note we still have the storage day planned, so we need to make sure we
get as much as possible from it.
