1. Data questions from dteam: DIRAC data services (not to be confused

Basically it gives end users a means of moving and sharing data -
ultimately a not-rocket-science solution as it's basically a personal
directory where it's available via GlobusOnline and one where it's
available for anonymous HTTP. It's a way for the infrastructure provider
to enable data sharing for users.
