1. Issues and stuff

SHA2: dCache at RALPP: Chris B working on 2.2 upgrade, possibly going
to skip to the next golden release in order to get SHA2 support: 2.6
supports SHA2; for 2.2 it'd be a backport.  Waiting for new machine room.

As regards the SHA2 monitoring as discussed in dteam yesterday, Kashif
will make the backup monitoring box use the SHA2 certificate.

Chris W requests that we test se01 and se04 which are both running recent
releases of StoRM.

2. Round table of potentially interesting things to do over the hols^W
coming month or two.

Chris B: enable extra protocols in dCache.  NFS4.1.

Chris W: WebDAV.  Try to get it working.  Also consistency checking,
LFC to SRM and checksum checking.  Will share results.

Dave C: Who needs WebDAV?  Needed by ATLAS to update names for Rucio.

Elena: waiting for DPM 1.8.7 to fix bugs in 1.8.6....

Jeremy: Wahid going to CERN (after his hols) to liaise with CERN
regarding DPM collaborations and other things.  Collaborations seem to
be going well.

John B: Leave storage well alone.  Plan to refresh some non-grid storage;
also to do some SSD tests.

Matt: Also leave storage alone.  Enabled WebDAV and aim to do some
testing.

Pete: Question about DPM software release: if we are classified as
"developers", how do we test the releases before, er, releasing them?
Sam reports that they are tested by EPEL evaluators; both he and Wahid
are evaluators.  Also moving to a component-based release which will
remove the need for big bang releases.  There was talk about moving to
github for puppet support.  Puppet support is designed to allow standalone
installation, to coexist with other stuff.  It is intended to have a
version which relies less on grid dependencies.

Jens - people have asked about MapReduce (hammer/nail?)
     - iRODS with EUDAT, being led by RZG but not much activity yet?
       Coordinated with RENCI.
     - SLAs as extensions to "cloud" (ie for small customer), negotiated
       automatically.
     - New starters in CASTOR team, expected September; plus one in database
       expected August.
     - Would be good to do some CIP stuff, eg GLUE2 for CASTOR?
     - SHA2 of course....
